I attended Mt. Ararat High School in Topsham, where I discovered my passion for art. The art rooms became my sanctuary, and I spent any free time I had immersed in creativity. After graduation, I knew I needed to find a career path that would allow me to expand on my artistic abilities. That's when I discovered the Aveda Institute, it was here that I discovered my true passion for cosmetology. The knowledge and techniques I gained during my time at Aveda have become the foundation of my successful career in the beauty industry. Continuing my education to provide my clients with the latest trends and techniques is something I am passionate about. Graduating from the Aveda Institute with awards in blonding and haircutting gave me a solid foundation in these areas. Jumping head first into the industry and starting my career at a family salon in Freeport was an exhilarating experience. This hands-on approach allowed me to immerse myself in the day-to-day operations of a salon, gaining valuable practical knowledge and skills right from the start. Whether it's a haircut, a color treatment, or a styling session, I will work closely with you to ensure that the end result reflects your personality and enhances your natural beauty. My goal is to make you feel confident and satisfied with the service you receive, knowing that it was designed just for you. When I’m not behind the chair you can find me catching a concert or listening to true crime podcasts with my cat by my side.
