Before you enter the salon, there are a few things we need you

to do to ensure the safety of our service providers and clients

1. Be able to answer NO to all of the following questions:

         - Have you had a cough or sore throat?

         - Have you had a fever or do you feel feverish?

         - Do you have shortness of breath?

         - Do you have a loss of taste or smell?

         - Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

         - Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?

2.  Please use the hand sanitizer provided to sanitize your hands before entering the salon. As long as you and your service provider are comfortable, you may remove your mask while in the salon.
